In today's world, every institution needs to take responsibility for protecting natural resources and biodiversity. While conducting our activities, we also work to protect natural resources and minimize possible negative impacts on the environment. We act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations on the subject.
Our Environmental Policy, which covers our processes for protecting and improving the environment, is implemented and monitored under the responsibility of our senior management. Our Health, Safety and Environment Committee regularly reports to our management regarding its activities.
Even the smallest organism living on our planet makes nature livable and unique for us. We owe this to our rich biological diversity. However, this wealth, which is of vital importance for economic and social development, is being damaged by human activities. While carrying out our activities in all our service areas, we pay attention to this issue and support the protection of biodiversity with the sapling donations and afforestation works we carry out regularly.
In order to combat global climate change and capture the carbon released into nature, we calculate the amount of trees required and make regular sapling donations on behalf of our colleagues. We love greening our environment, and we develop and implement afforestation projects with local and central governments that we cooperate with.
Based on the idea of “a greener future”, we are donating saplings in cooperation with TEMA on behalf of our colleagues’ newborn babies. With each newborn baby, saplings come to life in memorial forests.
OHS Policy
At every stage of our activities, we meticulously fulfill all necessary conditions for occupational health and safety.
For each project, we take care to work in compliance with project-specific and general environmental protection and occupational safety requirements.
In order to meet expectations, we undertake to carry out all our activities with the aim of causing zero harm to our employees, contractors and society by minimizing the number of incidents and occupational health hazards in safe work systems and working life and providing safe employees.

While determining quality standards regarding health and occupational safety, we aim to exceed legal requirements by accepting them as the minimum level.
By utilizing advanced technology, we create safe working environments for our employees and minimize the risks of work accidents, occupational diseases and near-misses.
We make disaster response and recovery plans to be ready in case of emergencies.
We evaluate opportunities to continuously improve Occupational Health and Safety policies.
We inform our employees, suppliers, customers and investment partners about the developments, ask for their contributions in achieving the targets and support them in achieving their own targets in the same regard.
We measure our performance, improve it, and share it with our business partners and investor partners.
